So we fought the torrential downpour to get to Playwright in Gulfstream
buttttttt they are closed on Monday, yes even for a Heat playoff game! so we ran back to the car to head to Duffy’s. They were smart enough to be open for this game. We got there like 30 minutes before tip, we ordered our 1st 34oz of beer and hamburgers while we dried off and munched on that waiting for tip. We finished eating as the game was starting, ordered our 2nd 34oz, and chilled and watched the game. The place filled up nicely, mainly Heat fans and a group of Knicks acting like fools. As the drinks kept coming, so did the big plays from the Heat. It was an electric atmosphere, and everybody was fired up. It was a great win for the Heat on their way to a series SWEEP. Next game is forever away on Thursday in NY, can’t wait to shut that MSG crowd the fuck up.
